Product Description

The FIX factory, on the west side of Thessaloniki, was built in 1888 as the "Misrahi" distillery. In 1912, it started operating as the "Olympos" brewery and later merged with the "Naoussa" ice-brewery which was located on the opposite side of the street. In 1926 the factory passed into the hands of the owner of the Athenian company "FIX", Karolos Fix. The buildings are characterized by simple solid volumes, austere facades, and a vertical central axis of symmetry.
