It is one of the most important newer monuments of the city, thanks to its architectural composition. The work was of the most modern quality, while aesthetically it is a typical example of the architecture that prevailed during the interwar period. Externally, the building follows an austere, classical style, while, internally, a Byzantine style is adopted with elements of Italian Renaissance and some Art Deco. In its large central hall, a dominant position is occupied by the hemispherical alabaster dome, which diffuses natural lighting into the hall.
