It was built in 1924, as the inscription on its pediment testifies. It belonged to the Kaze family, one of the most active Jewish families in Thessaloniki, and was used as an office building. There is complete symmetry in the facades and openings, while the central part of the main facade projects slightly and ends in a triangular pediment. In the eclectic aspects of the building with dominant neoclassical elements.
